I recieved two shipments, and sent them back after the original deal. I called them today and was told that they won't refund my money!. Mind you they now have the product back and my money:.

This company is very unprofessional and I am surprised that Oprah continues to endorse them..

Maybe we need to all write her producers and get this taken care of'.

The man I talked to put me on hold and let me sit, after I want to talk to the reps supervisor,. Of coarse he just kept mumbling over and over again about no cancelling in the right way/. I told him I sent the product back, and he continued to say the same thing over and over again?. No refund|.

I suggest we all email everyone we know and let them know about this company, word of mouth is the best way to stop them. No sales. At a group of consumers we should do this before they take advantage of other persons.
