I place an order for a sample of
Diet Pills online.I received the product and attempted to take them.I became ill
vomiting and discontinued use of this product. I received another order much bigger than the original for the same product.When I opened the envelope to look for return information there was only the product.I sent the package back "RETURN TO SENDER". I received a
phone call from the company asking me why the product was returned.I then explained.The person tried to get me to buy
socks and I refused the offer.I asked when my credit card would be credited and she said it would take a few weeks. I received my credit card
stmt and the charge had not been removed.I called the number listed on my
credit card charges 866-518-6901 and spoke with "Bill", who told me that my credit had been denied because I didn't have
return authorization.I explained that nothing came in the package to explain the return policy and he told me it was online.He advised that it wasn't his problem.I then asked to speak to his
supervisor in which he replied that he didn't have one.I asked to speak to someone higher than him and he advised that there was only the owner of the company "Joe" (no
last names)I asked for a number for their legal dept. he refused!.I asked him how I could rectify this and have my card credited:.He said it couldn't..I was beside myself and he was giving me the
runaround". He was only willing to resend the product".I have since filed a report with my
credit card company who is investigating/. Since the product was returned and the company itself admitted this, It would seem that the charges should be removed..I believe that return information is purposely being kept from people who order from this company so that the company has a reason not to return payment!.I hope that this report will help another person NOT do business with this company and get stuck with a product they can't take and a large charge on their accounts. 35b407f
